Henley Festival

6th – 10th July 2011

The week after Henley Regatta and lasting 5 nights, The Henley Festival has become one of the largest Art Festivals in the country with over 20000 visitors in 2010! The Festival showcases the best in classical music, jazz, opera, comedy, dance, street theatre and rock.

As in previous years, all net proceeds from Henley Festival 2011 will go direct to the Henley Festival Trust to finance charitable activity. Examples of this valuable work include providing: music and arts activity in local schools, instruments for promising young musicians and music therapy for brain-injured attendees at Headway day centre in Henley-on-Thames.

Pre-Festival Cruise / River Taxi

(from £500 for up to 12 guests)

Make the most of your Festival Experience… have a full Festival Afternoon! Your party would be collected at an agreed point between Reading down to Marlow late afternoon and welcomed aboard with champagne cocktails and canapés. This would then be followed by a leisurely 2 hour cruise towards Henley with an optional early evening buffet and drinks before disembarking to enjoy the Festival's musical delights at around 6pm

Festival Charter

(from £700 for up to 12 guests + mooring fee)

The crew can either meet you and your guests at your own private stage-side mooring, or collect you from an agreed point between Reading & Marlow. Your party would have exclusive use of the boat for the evening until midnight. Use the boat as you wish....to hop on and off for a drink in between the fabulous acts or stay onboard all evening... the choice is yours. River Thames Charters can provide a full buffet and refreshments for your guests, or you can bring your own. Be the envy of all the Festival goers...a fantastic way to enjoy the Festival in absolute style!
